His focus is on delivering value and improving the overall guest experience. Geoffrey’s background in managing attractions, conducting actor training, sourcing props, scene setting, costumes, and more makes him an invaluable asset. He has a high standard for quality and professionalism and believes those directly effect the enhancement of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In addition to his work at FrankenSteinman and area haunts, Geoffrey is actively involved in the industry as a member of the steering committee for a major regional convention, underscoring his dedication to the field and his effort to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Emily has a rich background in the haunt industry. With 10+ years of experience in the haunt and entertainment industry across the Carolinas, her career began as an actor which gave her firsthand experience with the intricacies of creating engaging and immersive experiences and why it starts with individuals. Over time, Emily transitioned into leadership roles, demonstrating her ability to drive success.

Most notably, Emily was a key player on the operations team for Scarowinds in Charlotte, NC. In this role, she was responsible for actor training both before and during the season, ensuring that every performance was up to standard. She also handled work related to makeup and costuming, contributing to the overall visual and thematic impact of the attractions. Emily managed a team 200+ actors and staff, showcasing her leadership and organizational skills.
