Think "secret shopper" for your attraction. Our team of industry professionals, with 25 years of combined experience, will visit your haunt on an agreed-upon operating night.
We'll evaluate for Ticketing, Queues, Actor Performance, Theming, Safety, and unique elements.
Each category will be assigned a numerical rating which will be used to determine your ScareScore™. We'll provide specific, owner focused feedback to help you visualize your haunt's revenue potential and where you can improve you guest experience. All delivered in an easy-to-interpret report. Following the visit, we'll meet with your haunt's leadership to discuss what your ScareScore™ means, how you measure up to similar attractions, and reinforce praises and recommendations
